		<description>Yeah, it's been 3 days, now, and the tops of my knees are still &lt;em&gt;exactly&lt;/em&gt; that color.

The one false note is that you don't have to ask me about my blood pressure -- I volunteer it!  

In fact, now that you mention it, this week it has been averaging 134/83 in the mornings, down from 170/108 just 21 weeks ago.  Unmedicated!  Exercise!</description>
