XKCD
Industry Figure Steve Ring put me wise to this great strip. It’s usually just stick figures, but it’s by turns hilarious, nerdly, profane, wistful, and…human.
A few recent favorites, all drawn from the last month or so:
Cat Proximity:

Floor Tiles:

The Difference:

Dream Girl:

[edit] When this last comic was published, the date and time were still in the future.
In a recent article, the New York Times reports that…
…on that day in real life, hundreds of fans met in a park in Cambridge.
And then they all ordered sandwiches.
See it all at xkcd.com.

I laughed out loud about the one about getting zapped: “I wonder if that happens every time?”
Also note the humorous tooltips when you hover over the strip!

Argh! I didn’t carry over the hover comments in my samples. They’re there now. But read each strip before looking at its hover comment. The one on Cat Proximity made me laugh all over again.

There’s an article about XKCD in the New York Times here, which has an interesting fact about the Dream Girl comic.
